Reuniting with Louka Leppard in LA! Jump for joy!

I had the pleasure of meeting my friend Louka in Berlin, Germany in 2012. We met the very week I decided to dedicate myself to creating the Jump for Joy Photo Project.

Seven years later, we both happen to be in LA at the same time and when we met up, it felt like no time had passed at all. Sharing this kind of easy connection and friendship is a joy for me.

Louka has a grounded, powerful presence that instantly makes people feel at ease and welcome. Everything about him is elegance and creativity activated. I appreciate his open heart and gracious generosity and highly recommend experiencing his Tulayoga bodywork treatments – they will change you.

A:
Light chested, energy streaming, fizzing, excitement.

Q: How do you cultivate joy in your life?
A:
Through creativity. Through working with the breath and posture.

A:
 Being creative with movement, space, rhythm, line and touch.

Q: How can we help you?
A:
By being as gentle, open, clear and powerful as I can be.

Q: What are you working on or creating?
A:
 I’m compiling a book, always drawing, and currently helping to bring together the world of psychedelic medicine and bodywork.
