I met up with the super inspiring and talented Ashleigh McIvor (Olympic Gold Medalist!) and Jay DeMerit (Former-Pro/World Cup Soccer player, USA National team, Watford FC & the Vancouver Whitecaps FC!) to jump around in Crab Park in Vancouver BC Canada.
